1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ok55 or by accessing any part of the ok55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the ok55 website, including visitors, registered members, and players who participate in any game or wagering activity offered through our platform.

ok55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

ok55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure of the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ok55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

Password and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok55 username and password. ok55 will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify ok55 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

To maintain the integrity of our platform and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, ok55 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ok55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. All financial transactions on ok55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok55 does not accept credit card payments as a funding source for gambling accounts.

Minimum Deposit

Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before they are approved and processed:

• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• ok55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

ok55 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok55 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. ok55 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ok55, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — includingwithout limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the ok55 platform, even if ok55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

ok55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ok55 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
